I want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase. So if for any reason you are not, please let me know! 

Changes and Cancellations

If you think there's a problem with your order, or need to cancel, please let me know within 12 hours of the order being placed. After this time cancellations or changes are unlikely to be accepted. 

This is because wallpaper is printed to order by my partner company, Spoonflower. Once your order details have been added to their system, I can't change them.

Wallpaper Returns and Refunds 

Unless there's a fault, wallpaper orders are non refundable. Please check you're ordering the type of paper and quantity you need!

Wallpaper Faults and Errors

We are all human, and things do go wrong from time to time. If you think there's a problem with your order, or an issue with delivery, let me know and we can work it out together. 

Use Contrary to Guidelines

Intended use and limitations are clearly stated in the listing.

For instance, intense heat / flame / abrasives / chemical cleaners may harm decorative finishes.

Wallpaper suitability and limitations are detailed in each listing.

Take note of the care instructions / useage guidelines before using or installing your item/s. 

I can't refund items that have been used, or installed, contrary to their intended use or stated limitations.
